HOW DO I FIND MY MODEL AND SERIAL NUMBER?
Check the back of your Care & Use Manual for a label with your model and serial number. The serial rating plate is usually located on the underside of the drip tray. If it’s not there and you have a freestanding model, look on the inside left panel of the cart. If you still can’t find it, remove the knobs and front panel to check on the heat shield.
KEEPING YOUR STAINLESS STEEL CLEAN
Clean and polish regularly with a product such as Bar Keepers Friend. Use the powdered Bar Keepers Friend to remove occasional surface rust or discoloration. If you live near the ocean, apply a marine inhibitor to clean and protect the stainless steel. Schedule annual service to have your manifold cleaned and dielectric grease applied to wiring connections to prevent corrosion.
