Repair person explained what was being done and issues with my nonworking washing machine and offered options for repair. Sadly replacement was/is cheaper than repair, computer & Motor on a more modern machine, ah life happens.

Jim came out on a Sunday morning 8 AM to look at my fridge that quit working. Diagnosed and order a part, came back the next day at 9 PM and fixed my fridge!
